Ray Smith

Ray Smith, FRICS is a chartered surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over four decades of hands-on experience in valuation and survey work. He is Senior Officer and Business Leader for Valuation and Survey at Watsons, an RICS-regulated firm covering the East of England, including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Lincolnshire.

Ray has worked at Watsons since 1987 and still carries out surveys and valuations day to day. His work includes Building Surveys, RICS HomeBuyer Reports and valuation inspections, helping buyers understand the real condition of a property before they commit.
