Carol O’Leary is a CILEx-regulated conveyancing specialist with more than 20 years’ experience working on residential property transactions across England and Wales. She is currently a Partner in the Residential Property team at Knights, where she advises on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, listed buildings, lease extensions, deeds of variation, and higher-value property transactions.
